The ordering process was quick and easy. The installation, not so much. It would be extremely helpful if your installation videos would show shots of the corners, where to put the last bolts up near the bed, how it should lay on the tailgate, etc. It still doesn't sit quite right on the front of the bed and we plan to have our 30 year old son assess it. We're in our late 60's and had some trouble installing it. Love it though, I'm sure it will be sweet once it's tweeked.
