My first online experience was one I really want to rave and recommend a company. I had a mishap with my order all my fault, my mower caused an unknown spark which eventually ignited my box with my new running boards in them. Of course, after the fire was put out the boards were badly damaged. I call to see if I could order replacement plastic pieces, but the boards were only sold in a set. So, at that point I figured i would have to order a new set of running boards, but service Rep Cory told me to send photos of the running boards. I did send the photos and to my amazement Rough Country notified me that they would replace the running boards at no addition cost to me, this touched me to the point of tears, this shows the value of a great company that because of no error on their part they wanted to make me a satisfied customer. I can't put into word how much I appreciated this. I love the products, workmanship and great quality of the Rough Country accessories. I will highly recommend Rough Country to all and will be purchasing other items to dress up my truck in the near future. The online buying experience was fast, easy and painless and shipping was fast as well. The web site was very informative. I love the Web site had instillation videos which help make it easy to assemble you great products
