Very easy to order. Had lots of photos showing what it looks like on the Truck, which was very helpful. Got to watch the installation video before purchasing, to see how easy it would be to install myself. Item shipped very quickly and was expertly packaged.
Instructions included in the box were OK, but didn't mention the part in the video to put the attaching bracket bolts into the slots of the rails prior to attaching the end caps. Luckily I watched the video before and knew to do that.
