What did you like about the Rough Country online buying experience?

I purchased the oval nerf steps. They arrived quick. Were packaged nicely so nothing was damaged. All parts included. Went on very easy. Took me about 1/2 hour total. Directions were easy. Steps are sturdy and I like how they stick out from my truck to protect against door dings from other cars.

Customer service was fantastic. Small piece came damaged in shipping. I emailed at 10:00 PM, after they were closed, and I had a tracking number for a whole new replacement product by 7:30 AM. Both times it was shipped and delivered within 2 days. Really appreciate the efficiency.

I have a dual stabilizer on my 2014 F250 that needed new shock absorbers. I called to ascertain what the correct part number was. The individual I spoke to sounded half asleep and his tone was as if he was bothered answering my questions. I ordered two shock absorbers based on the information I was given, the order was on line. When the two shock absorbers arrived, I quickly discovered they were the wrong ones. I called customer service and spoke with Brad Pounders. He quickly figured out that the part I ordered was for a different application, single stabilizer. Brad quickly and efficiently sent me a return label for the wrong ones and had the correct ones processed and shipped, arriving in two days. Shout out to Brad for his professionalism and being a great representative of your company.
