Both times I called Rough Country, they were very helpful. I decided not to wait for the package should be delivered to my house after a weekend pause, so they were able to easily arrange for me to pick up my rooftop tent at the shipping location an hour away in Denver. Shout out to the shipping company as well, SAIA. They were very helpful in getting my package into the back of my truck and working close to closing hours to help me. The tent is good quality and I’m excited to use it next week. Will also be looking into upgrades for my Tacoma from Rough Country as well.

The order process was simple, shipping was fast, and the tracking was spot on. The only thing I did not care for is that the floor mats i ordered came in folded and kinked, it took me a long time to get them to reshape. Other then that the product is great and I would order them again

The ordering process was pretty simple. I was given tracking info early on in the process. The fit was perfect. The product finish was high quality. Packaging was good, no damages to the strut assemblies when I received them. There was a noticeable difference in ride quality. I have not had a chance to take the truck off road yet, but I feel that performance will be better as well.
I am incredibly happy with the purchase, the only small problem is that they came with a dent, but I already installed them and I am quite satisfied.
