from finding the part online to receiving it, everything went smoothly with transparency and efficiency. the price was fair. shipping was great. I have bought from other off road companies that charged high shipping for a certain shipper- then switched to a cheaper method without refunding the difference. Very underhanded! None of that here. I see a lot of people online bashing Rough Country products, but I have your lift on my Jeep, and it has been great. I will definitely recommend you to others!
