My online experience was great and yes for sure I will do it again
Replacing old worn out suspension parts on my 2013 wrangler Sahara. Monotube shocks for front and back and steering stabilizer have been as expected so far. Great replacement for your pocket. Plan on replacing more old suspension parts with rough country as there needed. Shipping was quick after placing order. (Shipped day after) however, if you’re shipping to a business I’d recommend not to. FedEx will mess it up. Due to FedEx issues it took 4 attempts to deliver saying business closed when in fact it wasn’t. 2 of those attempts to deliver were given a scan of “exception” and sent back for a retry the next business day with no valid explanation. Shop was very much expecting the parts and each scanned attempt was around 2pm. Had to escalate my packages with FedEx for it to actually be delivered for some reason. I’d recommend shipping to home then taking parts to the shop. Could have been other issues I don’t know but was very frustrating. Once installed all was good and all parts arrived no missing components. Over all the product has been great and worth the purchase. Will order again but ship to my home lol

Seamless. Easy and I think it is cool that you provide a video that demo’s the part. For example my tonneau cover for my Ranger.
It was a great experience. I even had a wrong product that I didn’t notice until it shipped and I called and they called back the incorrect piece and corrected it to the correct product. Very nice customer support. High quality products. For perfect

I love all of items.
Once my son installed it onto his truck, it was amazing! The directions were unreadable and definitely not properly written. But he found a tutorial online, as most 23 year olds do these days, and install them went smoothly. The side bars to hold down and click closed, are not as high quality as we both expected them to be. Overall, good product!
