I have bought a certain cooler backpack twice before. It always comes quickly and the purchasing experience online is quick and easy. However, I was disappointed that while the item wasn't currently in stock and I was able to order anyway, my order was then canceled without me being told. When I called the helpline for an estimated restock date, that is when I was told the order was actually canceled. I am still giving a 10 because the Joshua did a great job helping me figure it all out. The cooler is still active on your website. I would take it off since tariffs are affecting the restocking and causing the orders to be canceled without notification to the purchaser.

As an improvement, I would add a little rubber flap to the tailgate end so it rests on the top of the tailgate.
The video was helpful and the self installation went well. Just a little over 1 hour as I was taking my time.

It was a great experience I ordered some Rough Country upper control arm caps and the shipper was not giving me updates so I called the rough country's customer service and they resent the caps for the upper control arms with no problem very pleased with the excellent customer service response
