I am very happy with the product as well as the ease of shipping. Before purchasing from Rough country I bought from another company and the shipping and customer service was a nightmare. I wish I had just bought RC from the beginning! I will definitely recommend RC to others.
My order was processed, shipped, and arrived extremely fast. I did have a mix up with one of the items and never received it. Once the tracking number no longer showed any movement, I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement without hesitation. I understand things happen, but my experience was not tarnished because they solved the problem without any push back. Because of this I appreciate them more and will recommend them to anyone.

All products arrived with directions and were easily installed. The electric truck steps work great and we love that they are hidden when not in use. The custom made under backseat storage tray fit perfectly and is made of heavy duty, quality material. It is so useful and well worth the money.
