It takes time to schedule and have the work performed. One day after I received the parts you were already sending emails to me wanting feedback. You should maybe wait a week or two first then people would be able to answer your questions better. But yes I do like the product. They are getting installed today. Thank you.

I ordered a 6.5' bed liner and was sent a 5.5' bed liner. I called and received a shipping label to return the product. The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. He also Informed me that I would be getting a refund.

Rough country customer service is outstanding. I called them multiple times and every time I was able to talk to a real person not a recording. Each time they were happy to answer what ever questions I had. Shipping was also very good. Me being in Hawaii things usually take a little longer to get here than the lower 48 but I ordered everything on Monday night, shipped out Tuesday and received everything on Thursday. Definitely recommend rough country to anyone looking for off road products.
