It's spring, and fleas invaded our property with the weather warming up. I went straight to Yelp, looked for a reputable pest control company, and discovered them. Home Shield had great reviews and also had their technology in order. They promptly disclosed the agreement required to establish service. Remember, they do not do one-off visits; you must sign a contract for 11 months after the initial visit.
They come to the property every three months to maintain pest control. The fee was reasonable enough.
They are reliable, professional, and, most importantly, their product works. When I mentioned technology, they utilize follow-up text messages like a doctor's office may use when you have appointments and follow up with calls. I suggest calling in. The only issue I can say is that they are slower on the email response than I would like. However, they answer the phone, which is essential to most people.

My technician, Dario, called 1hr prior and arrived on time. He clearly explained the work that he was there to complete and looked at other areas of concern that I had. When he finished, he showed me all of the work that he completed to include the original work order, my areas of concern, and a couple of issues that he discovered himself. I am very satisfied with the work. My family and I are confident that our rodent issue will soon be a thing of the past.

HomeShield is great at communicating when they will come and what they will do, always asking if there is anything specific they should focus on. Technicians are professional and on time, texting us ahead of time so we know they are in the way. We have not had any problems with rodents or insects since we hired them a few years ago.
