They did a very good job . From a one to ten . I would gave them a 10 1/2 . Very nice and pleasant. I would recommend them to all my family and friends .

Flexible service to address any pest issues that arose during the year contract. Having trouble convincing the company I didn't wish to renew the contract, so may have to open a case with my credit card company to get them to stop charging a monthly fee after the completion of the contract. Other than that small issue, their service was consistent and friendly.

My experience with HomeShield Pest Control is beyond excellent. My situation was extreme:

A filthy family (I'm being nice) next door to me moved out and left TONS of LEGIONS of GENERATIONS of roaches that were migrating to my property. Desperate for a lifeline, I got on the phone and was attracted to HomeShield by the relevant company name. Within a short time, I connected with a pleasant sales rep, became a customer, and had my initial service visit the following afternoon. Eric, the service tech, was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He was obviously skilled and experienced. He got to work quickly, he answered my questions, and kindly advised me. The following morning, I went outside and couldn't believe my eyes. Overnight, the treatment was effective! There were so many dead and dying roaches lying on the ground belly-up between my property line and my house--IT WAS AMAZING! A few roaches made it to my back porch and back door, and I found a few that died after entering my house. But the war was won. The enemy force was WIPED OUT. My home was protected because of HomeShield and my pets were not harmed. This is my first experience as a pest control customer, and fortunately I chose the right company. Truly, this company's name fits. I will remain with them as a customer and HIGHLY, I recommend HomeShield Pest Control to anyone who needs affordable, eco-friendly pest protection, and outstanding customer service to boot.

Don was great! Pleasant and respectful! We just moved to Winchester but have been with Homeshield for 2 years in Arcadia. They are very knowledgeable and efficient.

Branden is the best! He services my property on a monthly basis by inspecting and servicing the bait traps, spraying for insects and dusting off the cobwebs throughout the property exterior. Branden's highly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

From all the services you have provided and are continuing to provide on 2-months interval basis, I find HomeShield Pest Control and its representatives are very competent, know exactly what they have to do, very patient and articulate and clear in explaining what they are doing and intend to do.

Company was quick to contact me after I submitted my initial inquiry request. They were also quick to send out a technician (even with a holiday approaching). I thought the price was great for the level of service and the effectiveness of their service. The ants were gone within less than 24 hours. It was amazing. I also loved that all of their products were eco-friendly given that I have pets and am pregnant. I would highly recommend this company.
