I like that you can remotely monitor my fill level
I like the fact that the system is monitored and I don't have to worry about running low on propane. Prices are extremely high but that seems to be competitive these days.
As a 27-year customer, it comes down to trust. We depend on Kamps to monitor our tank level, notify us of a pending delivery (keep the dog in), treat our property with care (it's a long hose pull to the tank), direct debit charges to our bank account, and ensure we have the very best pricing over time.
Doing all of those things consistently year over year creates trust and customer loyalty.
Kamps is always on top of the level of our propane. Don’t have to call and make appointments for fill up. The drivers are always friendly and knowledge able. Also, pricing is competitive.
I don't have to think about it. You monitor the system and deliver when needed. Price is the same every month (no surprises) adjusted every 6 months.

I have been a customer since 2008 and I only had to call once to have them refill our tank. We are on automatic fill up.
The only problem I have now is that I use to get a copy of the invoice telling me how much we spent, how many gallons were delivered and how much you charge a gallon. I have had to call and sometimes more than once to get a copy. I would like to get one either mailed to me or e-mailed to me at Email address removed
Other than that, we are very satisfied with Kamps.
