Great service friendly delivery person.
Kamps has always treated me fairly. Colton, my regular delivery person for propane - is outstanding, e.g., very personable, friendly, and most important, quite competent. Insofar as prices, I forgot the issue, but approximately 3 years ago when I moved to my new home, they resolved it by giving me a substantial credit on my next bill. Again, I forgot what the issue was, but I had complained and the manager contacted me, where he apologized and credited my account.
Related to the aforementioned, Kamps is usually one of the lowest, if not the lowest propane providers in El Dorado county, particularly in Pollock Pines. I do compare! In conclusion, I like my deliverer, customer service is #1, and I will continue to use Kamps!

Price and service
What do I like?: I have a 'GREAT Gal' that delivers my propane. And I like the 'monitoring' system you use.
I DO wish the price was a tad lower (as in Nevada... $2.59 a gal.).

Great company, always make sure I have propane, delivery person respects my property, is knowledgeable and friendly.
I have never used propane until I moved to Cameron Park. It is a good experience and I have had no problems using propane. I also researched the difference between natural gas and propane and learned that propane provides more energy than natural gas thus making it more financially friendly.
Kamps knows when my tank is low without me checking. They call when its time and the tank guy is kind and fast.
Keep us informed when tank is low and when they will be in neighborhood so they can stop and fill us up.

Your customer service is fantastic. The delivery drivers go out of their way for the customers. My experience has been so good with Kamps I would not change to another propane company. I would also like to say how great your office personnel are. They answer the phone right away and are very professional and helpful. You can't beat Kamps!
