When reporting that I could smell propane the office was able to get someone out to my home quickly and they found 2 leaks and repaired them.
They were also able to get my tank refilled on the same day as well.
Due to the leak, they stated they would credit my account for 10 gallons which is appreciated.
I will follow-up on this since the invoice does not reflect this at this present time.

We went out to check on the level of our propane tank and was shocked to see it was down to 5%! We are new to having propane and are not used to checking. Needless to say we freaked out a little bit! We called in to the office and literally the next day we had a fill up!

The prices seem to stay as low as possible which we really appreciate in this economy, and we are always filled without having to keep an eye on our tank because it's monitored for us. We get the bill, we pay it and it's done, worry free for the next few months. We are very satisfied.

Your service technician and propane delivery
We have been very happy with Kamps for the 11 years that we have lived in Pine Grove. The show up when they say they will. They send e-mails letting us know our level. And they are very competitive with their rates. Some very nice people work for them.
You always get back to us in a timely manner when I need a response.
It has only been a short time for the new service, but I called the other day for a fill-up and they came rightaway.

Discounts for age & auto pay. It's a shame the auto volume attachment for the tank is no more 😕

I am able to talk to someone to resolve issues. I hope this will continue, The new website seems to be an improvement.

After sorting a few things out(several times I was told that you do not service my address, even though many people are already under your service there. After that everything was great, from the guy that came out to inspect the area, the quote in the beginning was great, and although there was a mix up about the location, everyone was courteous on the phone and followed through double checking to make sure and they did resolve the issue.
