I absolutely appreciate the automatic monitoring of my tank levels by Superior/Kamps and that the refill truck is dispatched in a timely manner so my propane tank is always filled as needed.

Yesterday the delivery truck showed up and although road construction was going on he made it possible to fill the propane tank as if there was no problem at all. It is always a pleasure to see him enjoying his job making customers feel appreciated.

Recently, we have reason to be especially appreciative: Daryl (or is it Darrell?) came up twice to locate and repair some "minor" but of course significant leaks in our system, and spent hours doing so, working hard and cheerfully, with obvious concern for our welfare and the safe and efficient working of our propane system. He went the extra step of relighting our pilots and assuring all was in working order. We rely on our propane system for our privileged summer residence on the National Forest as permitees, where we've been vacationing since 1978 (and the Bullock ancestors since 1948).
Lauren and Jessica in the Kamp's office have always been friendly, prompt and professional in receiving and responding to our phone calls and emails requesting service and advice. Lisa and Crystal, too, have been helpful relaying and replying to our requests; there are likely others who've been helpful whose names we don't recall.
So, thank you, and we look forward to continuing our service with you. For reasons of privacy, we would prefer not to have our names shared publically, though we trust you would handle such information carefully. But we will share our pleasure with your service personally with other cabin owners at Silver Lake, and anyone else we know who might use your service.

This last fill up I got notification for a fill up on Tuesday so I would have my gate open. Unfortunately, they came on Monday while I was away so I was unable to get a fill up.
I got a call from a male employee apologizing for the mix up and letting me know when they would be out next. That was good customer service.

The promptness of service
