We have been with the original Kamps propane for years. I think a lot of time, Kamps prices are higher than most other companies in the area. But they have never put me off when I ask for delivery and I appreciate that a lot. The driver always calls before delivery because of my dog and always comes when he says he’s going to. Most everyone I have spoken to are friendly and helpful.

Except for last February/March 2023, my propane tank has been filled when necessary to keep me warm. I realize that 3 weeks of snow was not anticipated, but running out of propane was very scary. Fortunately, I had 2 pellet stoves to help keep me warm.

Historically we have a great experience with Kamps. Their automated system that lets them know when a tank is getting low helps keep your tank at the proper level. The staff is easy to work with and the drivers are courteous. Kamps delivers when they say they will deliver unlike other firms that we hear from neighbors that that are unhappy with other companies. The ability to get lower rates on gas and tank rental rates as a member of the Farm Bureau is a big plus.

Friendly staff. Generally fill tank on time unless there is a problem at which time they tell you.
We have never ran out of propane. We get weekly emails about the status of our tank level and when we get to 30% I know I'll be put on the next route automatically for a fill.
We have used other propane services in the past and have ran out of propane with all of them and the way they treat you when you call in the report your empty is trash.
Kamps is awesome, the staff are great peps and we don't worry anymore..

Bring back the island service to score a 10 :). I know there are businesses with KAMPS dispensers throughout the county, but those don’t provide access to Farm Bureau or other discounts.
