Reliable service for me for at least 20 years, price is fair , I'm not one to chase pricing i like a good reliable service to deliver my propane down my long gravel dirt road , I've never ran out I know and they know it could be hard to get here in the snow.

the prpane delivery was excellent but when I tried to pay online and had to add a credit card, I was unable to pay it. I could only remove the new credit card number not the old number which no longer is good.
Pricing and customer experience
I like the way their employees are not afraid to come on to my property when my gate is closed take care of business I don't even know they're there most of the time and gone and I get an email or a note on my door that they've service to my tanks I've always had a great report with the employees I can complain about gas prices with any company but service means a lot to me thanks keep it up

After sorting a few things out(several times I was told that you do not service my address, even though many people are already under your service there. After that everything was great, from the guy that came out to inspect the area, the quote in the beginning was great, and although there was a mix up about the location, everyone was courteous on the phone and followed through double checking to make sure and they did resolve the issue.
When reporting that I could smell propane the office was able to get someone out to my home quickly and they found 2 leaks and repaired them.
They were also able to get my tank refilled on the same day as well.
Due to the leak, they stated they would credit my account for 10 gallons which is appreciated.
I will follow-up on this since the invoice does not reflect this at this present time.

Drivers are nice
We went out to check on the level of our propane tank and was shocked to see it was down to 5%! We are new to having propane and are not used to checking. Needless to say we freaked out a little bit! We called in to the office and literally the next day we had a fill up!
Everyone we spoke with were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service man was excellent.
