The office staff and the field workers are always helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive, any little glitches the office staff is more than willing to explain or to correct the problem. When I do call for delivery it's within that week.

I have dealt with alot of companies, when selling and buying homes! When I called and spoke to a lady by the name (Stephanie) she was so hospitable to my needs! And stayed in contact with me over several phone calls! She not only took care of me but was very courteous to me! I not only have 1 home, but 2 and stayed with Pro-Flame with both because of strictly Stephanie! Alot of people should learn from her!
