We had some issues right out of the gate with install and some miscommunications but Freeman's professionally handled it and we're very happy with their service we wouldn't use any other service they've installed our gas stove and our grill and now a heater in our basement so go Freeman's

You email billing is terrible. It arrives as a no-reply which I usually delete. There is no logo and I have to read through 1/2 the page to find out if it's spam or not. No link to the website to see my bill or pay it. The delivery driver did not leave me a receipt, so I have no idea how many gallons were delivered. If I hadn't actually seen him, I wouldn't have known he was here at all.
