Shawn delivered my propane immediately. I said I was down to 2 %. I had not been here in Murphy for 2 years gone (death of son, August, death of husband September, hurricane Milton struck my home ( I live in Sarasota, Florida & have a small place in Murphy, NC) called my previous (Am….Gas) Propane for years, they were to busy and I needed help now…They wanted $300 for “Emergency delivery”. I’m an 82 year old widow.
As I said, I tried another company and they were a week or more before they could deliver. I was here alone in this cabin with a small portable heater that I put in my bedroom and shut the door and stay there for days until I got a hold of Freeman gas They immediately got in contact with me and set up a delivery so very fast.

I agree to all the above and would like you to rearrange it so it appears professional and nice because you guys are wonderful and I don’t know what I would do without you, I was freezing for two weeks with no propane from the other company. I love how you are very customer oriented. I like that you do what you say you will do and take care of your customers. I left another company, because they stopped taking care of their customers. They only sold the gas, but didn't help when customers needed appliances hooked up or helping with gas fireplaces. You have done both for me...along with good prices for the gas and yearly rental of the tank.
