The selection of regular and ebikes is great and the staff and owner are incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to spend time to answer all questions. We took up a lot of their time trying to figure out what best fit our needs and their input was incredibly helpful.
Brandon is a great salesperson who couldn't have been more accommodating and the owner, Glenn, even helped us load the two ebikes we bought into the back of our truck. It was a really great experience and we have peace of mind knowing we can get our bikes serviced with no issues, unlike if we had purchased them on Amazon or directly from the manufacturer. I am so happy with the work which was done on my Tour Easy recumbent bike. It’s 24+ years old and it needed a complete rehaul. Brandon did an excellent job !!
