Collin has been helping me fine tune a bicycle that I am borrowing from a friend so that I can get back into recreational biking again. He is attentive and polite and offers budget minded solutions to help upgrade a bicycle without breaking the bank. I am glad there are still bicycle shops that offer full service work that is quality. The retail economy is tough right now but this shop is worth coming to. High on my recommend list. Just keep in mind good support help is hard to find anywhere these days and being patient and kind when a retail shop is understaffed means a lot to anyone in the service industry. Be a good human and set your customer expectations accordingly!

While shopping around for bikes, I chose Island bikes for a number of reasons. The selection was very good and Collin's knowledge of various bikes was very helpful in determining my final choice. The bike I chose was not in the store but he had it sent over from the other store the next day so I could try it out. No hard sell, just answered all my questions. I was impressed with the young man who assisted me with the bike. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I tried to absorb all the information. My only reason for not giving a “10” is that there was no negotiating room period. I love to trade with local businesses but in my experiences there is most always a discount off of full retail price. Maybe the internet has changed that. Still, I will use this shop for my service and highly recommend.

These guys were amazing on the service side of things. Will always go to them for any service we need on our e-bikes. Honest, straight up, gave us the skinny, the work around if we wanted to avoid spending the money to completely fix. We decided to fix it anyway, but appreciated the integrity and honesty of the entire experience.
