Best bike mechanic i beat up my ebike in the trails and could not find a replacement wheel, Mike rebuilt my spokes and a various many other items he updated now it rides as good as new. 2500 miles of wear and tear and now it rides as if it was at 0 again. Thanks Mike and island bikes!

Very good and prompt service on all of our bikes at a very good price. Been using WGV store for two years and the team led by Mike at the WGV store are very responsive to getting our bikes maintained or addressing a specific repair request. They also have a large inventory of new bikes and accessories and its very convenient to access only 1.8 miles away from our house.

I love the fact that the shop is nearby, and that they will pickup and deliver bikes.

Excellent service as expected at Island Life Bikes. At turn in, Mike explained what the level two maintenance process entailed and its benefits over the level 1 service and provided a good estimated cost for servicing the TREK Marlin 5 bike. A turn-in, a receipt was issued followed a few hours later by a text notice that the bike was being serviced. Bike service was completed quickly and available for pickup following day to our complete satisfaction.

Great and friendly service!

We had a great experience at Island Life Bikes in World Golf Village last week. We brought our son in to look at an e-bike for use on his YouTube channel, and the staff made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

One thing that really impressed us was the opportunity to test ride several different models. Rather than feeling rushed or pressured, our son was able to spend time comparing bikes and finding the one that best suited his needs. After trying a number of options, he ultimately chose a sturdy dark Troxus that he was excited to take home.

It was also clear that manager Glen and technician Gideon work well together to make sure customers are taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions throughout the process. Their teamwork gave us confidence that we were making the right choice and that support would be there after the sale as well.

What really set the experience apart was that Glen personally delivered the bike to our home. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

We left with a great bike, but also with the feeling that we had been treated well from start to finish. If you're looking for an e-bike and want knowledgeable people who take the time to help you find the right fit, I would definitely recommend Island Life Bikes at World Golf Village.

Quick and honest

Collin has been helping me fine tune a bicycle that I am borrowing from a friend so that I can get back into recreational biking again. He is attentive and polite and offers budget minded solutions to help upgrade a bicycle without breaking the bank. I am glad there are still bicycle shops that offer full service work that is quality. The retail economy is tough right now but this shop is worth coming to. High on my recommend list. Just keep in mind good support help is hard to find anywhere these days and being patient and kind when a retail shop is understaffed means a lot to anyone in the service industry. Be a good human and set your customer expectations accordingly!

While shopping around for bikes, I chose Island bikes for a number of reasons. The selection was very good and Collin's knowledge of various bikes was very helpful in determining my final choice. The bike I chose was not in the store but he had it sent over from the other store the next day so I could try it out. No hard sell, just answered all my questions.
