I'm a new member and really enjoy the gym so far!!
First and foremost: 1) Not overcrowded.
2) mostly good mix of equipment.
3) pleasant patrons
4) staff responsive through email
5) good locker design for a small space
6) good geographic location in Hoboken

The equipment is all well maintained with many options. Also, the staff is not pushy about getting a personal trainer but are helpful when I do need to ask for help with changing credit cards on my account etc. I have personally recommended Fitness Factory to anyone that is moving to Hoboken and looking for a gym.
Night and day service from the previous management under Retro Fitness. Opens on time EVERY DAY, plenty of machines and equipment to do whatever I need, and gym is relatively clean. All at an affordable price compared to other gyms. Keep up the good work!
I think the staff is very friendly and I love that it's not overcrowded. The only issue I had is that some people come in with the entitlement of hogging two machines at a time. Walk away then when your on it saying they where using it. But that's an issue in every gym

Everything is great. Was talking to a lot of the members, and everyone would like to see a tanning bed get added. People would even pay extra for it
