The gym is equipped with enough machineries, and in general there are enough spots so people don't have to wait. The gym is as clean as possible, and the atmosphere at the gym is great!
Great gym
I forget his name but the young man who cleans the gym is amazing. Whatever you guys are paying him, he deserves a bonus. I have been to gyms where there is a team of people cleaning and it is not half as clean. The cleanliness is my favorite part of Hoboken Fitness Factory.
the size of the place, the dance room, the emptiness in the a.m., the 3 floors up, the 4 floors up, nice people at front counter. no fuss, no muss.
The gym isn't packed all the time and I can work out in peace during the midday.

Great gym and great staff!
Wonderful front desk staff. Great, new exercise equipment. Clean environment. If something is broken it gets fixed quickly unlike when it was Retro and a workout station could be broken for literally months without being fixed, and one men's urinal in the bathroom was out of order for a year or more! Staff opens on time even at 5 AM unlike when it was Retro and often they didn't show up.
Layout is very convenient, makes it feel like the gym is never crowded. All equipment is new and in great shape.
It's a great gym. I like just about everything here. It suits my needs perfectly. I'm happy with the management, the staff, my trainer, the equipment, and the maintenance (except that showers(Jersey City) could use a little TLC).

The space and the equipment are perfect for a workout.
The gym is always clean, I rarely have to wait for the machines or things that I need. I only wish there were additional benches in the weights section, but otherwise i'm very satisfied with the gym! Oh, also, an actual hip thrust machine would be a game changer if you guys ever considered getting one.

The area of machines and the cleanliness
It’s truly been a wonderful experience working out at Fitness fFctory! I get there first thing in the morning and that staff are always on time, not like when it was retro and sometimes they wouldn’t show up for half an hour or more. Also, I’ve been very pleased to see that in the rare instance were a machine is broken, it gets fixed almost immediately! At retro, machines would not be fixed for literally months! And the equipment is nice and new And kept exceptionally clean.
Also it’s so wonderful to have everything and working order in the bathroom. Retro ad a urinal that was literally broken for over a year and they never fixed it!
It has truly been A wonderful experience being a member of Fitness factory. Thank you so much for everything you are doing to make it an exceptional gym!
Not crowded, and clean, new machines. Wet wipes instead of spray would be better. Music can be improved, like why works out to Sabrina!

I love how clean the facility is, all the machines are typically up to date and working. Even if a machine is out of order one day, it is fixed and available by the next time I come in (within 2-3 days). I have loved my experience here!
