Very clean, an abundance of exercise classes to choose from, heritage center is a nice additional space. Social interactions. The pricing on membership is similar to what you would pay at other facilities that often don’t offer the same experience as the J. The outdoor pool is just icing on the cake

There aren’t enough squat racks. I come at the 5Am 10AM and noon hours and it’s always a battle for time on a rack. It’s even worse when school is out. There is room for 1-2 more racks in the room if some equipment is moved.
Lots of classes to take. Facility is clean. Friendly people.

Really appreciate the efforts to open the outdoor pool May 1 and keep it open through October.
The only “complaint” is about the women’s showers in the main locker room. They smell moldy/mildewy all the time.

Definitely the outdoor pool. It's great since I like to swim distance, but also I have a child who enjoys being able to swim there as well.
On that note, the childcare is the biggest bonus. Being able to leave our kids in the hands of responsible childcare so that we can workout is a game changer for us as a family. Especially on the weekends.
The swm class for kids as well as the summer camp are also resources that we take advantage of. I have nothing bad to say about the J.

Cleanliness, convenience, courteous and supportive staff, plethora of programs available.
I think it's a beautiful facility. I enjoy the fitness classes I've taken in the regular program as well as Heritage Center. The instructors are friendly and do a great job! The White Theatre has high quality productions at a reasonable price, and the box office is helpful. It's nice that there are a variety of activities, and I learn about them as I walk through going to other activities. It's also important to have a space for community events for the Jewish Community where we can make new friends and feel safe.
Great space for kids and exercise!
It is close and clean. The walking running loop could be more flat, however it will do. I the resistance equipment is good. Ther is so much other things to do as well.
