It’s clean, love working out while my kids are in activities. The play place is wonderful and the staff is engaging and fun for my kids. Swim team is awesome and the pool in the summer. I love all the activities that they have planned throughout the year.

There continues to be an issue with children in the hot tub. Last year the guards did a good job of enforcing the rules. This year the indoor guards seem to be ignoring the children in the hot tub. I was in the hot tub yesterday and a mother was there with two children under the age of 5 who had their feet in the hot tub. One of the outdoor guards when walking by told the mother that the children could not be in the hot tub. The mother was somewhat rude and argumentative stating that she had been told by a staff member that children could sit on the edge of the hot tub. The guard handled the situation professionally. The mother wanted to know why there wasn't a sign stating that children can't have their feet in the hot tub if that is a rule. It seems that many parents are under the impression from previous years that it is acceptable for children to sit on the edge of the hot tub. I think additional signage is needed to clarify the policy that children are not allowed on the edge of the hot tub in order to clarify this policy confusion. It would also be appropriate to remind the indoor guards to monitor the situation. The adults in the hot tub do not want the edge covered with children dangling their feet in the tub which is a policy violation.
I love the pool and the friendly people who belong to the J. The water aerobics classes are special with wonderful instructors!! It is a very special place for the entire community!!

Love the variety of classes and that the staff and other patron are so polite and kind. I had belonged to a different gym and was not motivated to go as there was no variety. Thank you J for helping me meet my fitness goals!
