Quick to fill my house tank after I make the initial call. I like the fact that I am not on an automatic fill.
I also like that Champagne will take my CC info and bill me after I order a fill. I WILL not give out my SS # and fill out a form to create an account for automatic filling and billing.

It is nice to be able to talk to someone when you call the office. It is also great to get
a response in a timely manner. Employees are very helpful and accommodating, and
pricing is very competitive.
Very courteous and responsive service. Figured out why I wasn’t reliably getting emails noting delivery and billing, and that got fixed. Disappointed, though, to note prompt payment discount had shrunk without any customer notice - price OK though.

Pleasant to deal with
Prompt oil deliveries at a fair price as needed. I don't feel I need to worry about running out of propane while we're on vacation with Champagne as my vendor.
I also am happy I can put my account on auto-pay and don't need to worry about paying my bill.
