Everyone is very professional and courteous. Right from the first phone call to the techs, you can tell they care.

Native Pest Management has excellent reviews, so it was an easy decision to contract with this well-respected business... My family moved into a rental that had been vacant for a while, so we needed a second service about 1 month following the initial pest control appointment. When I reported our needs, management called me the same day to reschedule.
I had the opportunity to experience this excellent customer service myself. Jordan (our Pest Control Professional) listened to our concerns and attended to those problem areas with care and professionalism.
Products are environmentally responsible, dry quickly, are safe for our beloved pets. This company is reactive, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. 5- stars!

I originally picked Native Pest Management because of the pet safe reputation since an old neighbor recommended them to me for the same reason. Since that time, about 2 years ago now, we had a huge palmetto bug problem, and even some German roaches, and Native came quarterly and within about 6 months to a,year, the problem was solved and we've had no more bug infestation since then! The technicians are always wonderful and I finally feel as if our home is pest free and clean, inside and out and it's a great feeling! I highly recommend this company!
