After the initial setup (password, etc) it was easy. I especially like paying with a credit card, so we do not have to wait all day for the delivery. Really like being able to order online.

The delivery driver was very kind and respectful of my time. He had to inspect my oil tank and since your company does not tell you a time he insured to do it first thing in the morning so I could continue with my day. Thoughtfulness and great costumer service is everything in my book!
