The older woman who answers the phone is so nice, professional and accommodating. I have had several conversations with her as I have a couple accounts and she’s amazingly helpful. She is why I stay with this company even when there are less expensive options. I also thought the guy that made my delivery was very professional as he checked to be certain he had the correct house and laid down a mat in the event he had any spill. He also had a big smile on his face when he delivered my receipt even though it was very early in the morning and cold. Great job all around. Thank you!

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I have always received and just most recently during this extreme cold weather stint. I have been going through fuel like crazy this Winter and I misjudged the usage which left my tank almost empty very quickly . They were able to squeeze in my delivery on a very busy day for them to ensure my family was warm. My home is poorly insulated and the furnace works overtime just to keep it at 62 degrees!

The prices

I like the fact that I can call, ask for a fill up, and pay when the product is delivered.
Most other oil business want you to request an number of gallons, which may or may not fill your tank.

My service guy was AMAZING! like 0 degrees and he still had a smile and was so nice. Even if I did not get to shovel yet and my generator was moved in the way because of "anticipated power outages with the storm" he was so understanding. Thank you - my delivery was during the recent storm (i think Monday) - Best to the drivers- be safe.
