I like to be able to walk in to an office and speak with a live person. As an elderly person it's much easier to deal with any questions this way. I have been with Downeast for many years and have been very satisfied.

Service folks were so nice -- polite, helpful and explained everything.

However, the gentleman who set it all up is very unresponsive. Still do not have my oil tank removed or a credit for the oil. Have called and emailed numerous times...
