Work quality, nice and clean facilities, claim ICBC on behalf of client, prompt appointment notifications. However, front desk girl seemed to be confused or clueless and provide contradicting or wrong information on both occasions of interaction with me, at the beginning.
My car was as good as new when returned to me.
