Excellent service from Jeff and Colin at Kirmac Richmond and Mark at Reborn Autobody — fast, attentive, and customer-focused. They offered me a loaner vehicle and even arranged a courier to bring our car from Kirmac to Reborn and back. Reborn is Audi certified, which gave me extra confidence in the repair quality. Had a great experience with my ICBC repair here. The process was quick and straightforward, and Vincent was very helpful throughout. The only minor downside was that the courtesy car was provided by Enterprise, which required a 5-minute drive, even though there's a Hertz in the same building. Otherwise, everything went smoothly—would definitely recommend.
