The facility is very clean and the front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful! There is so much to offer and all affordable, which was one of the biggest draws for us in a time when money is tight. It has been such a blessing to have a place to go that fits our budget and still has all the things we need to stay healthy and fit!

I love the facility and the staff! Everyone is friendly. My only negative feedback is other members not being able to control weight they’re doing and dropping it and it being loud a d shaking everything. Other than that we’ve had a wonderful experience!
For a family it provides an EXCELLENT VALUE for the money. The facility is clean, staff very friendly and the machines are always available (not crowded). We use the pool for swimming one mile Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Not many gyms have the pool facilities. We also use the courts for basketball and pickle ball. The yoga and Pilates classes are great.
Good facilities, nice pools, very friendly staff - the staff always greet people in a very welcoming way, and facility is kept clean and neat. Good to provide signs on the desk and elsewhere when something will be closed or used for something else, etc. Also, a number of improvements have been made over time such as replacing the prior bad lockers in the downstairs men's locker room, etc. The YMCA has been relatively quick to fix operational issues with items when there are problems, so maintenance is good also.
Some improvements still needed:
Parking lot lines are now missing in parking lot, making parking somewhat helter skelter and annoying, perhaps dangerous. Also, while some parking lot areas were re-paved, the worst most potholed part of the driveway and somewhat adjacent to the main YMCA entrance was not done for unknown reason. This should be fixed.
The sink area in the upstairs men's bathroom is an ugly looking thing, though it is kept operational. These items cannot be making a good impression on people interested in joining the YMCA.
I usually come twice a week and it's a very good experience. I love the Y. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the music is too loud.

The Red Bank Y employees are super friendly and feel like family. Instructors deal with classes by their ability. They get to know their students. The people who attend, are friendly and a joy to be with. Love the YMCA

I have made many friends by going there and the staff are great.
I like the track and sauna room, especially going towards to winter those are very nice to have.
We feel very welcome there. Also the family locker room is of huge importance as I cannot take my disabled brother into the ladies locker room
