The people at the desk are so friendly and the instructions very knowledgeable and skilled at what they teach. I have taken other classes which I enjoyed, ,but now only take chair yoga.
This class is designed to meet the physical needs of the different participants, without criticism. There is variety intermixed with consistent repetition making the class always interesting and challenging.

Absolutely love it but they have to put more classes are getting way too crowded. Our class with Eugenie and Betty too many people in the class who can't even move

I just started going and am enjoying my experience. The front desk staff every shift no matter what day you come in is welcoming and super helpful. I have a family membership and we each go at times that work best for us! I love they are open at 5:00 am. I have been taking full advantage of the fitness classes offered. The instructors are nice especially if you are a beginner and the class members make you feel like family, no matter your age or who you are. A friendly and family oriented environment. I am glad I am a member.

I love Red Bank YMCA.

I don't like that some though not most don't wipe down equipment, especially during this time of year. It is the same people day after day. Perhaps a reminder can be sent to all.

Love the equipment, how clean it's kept. Staff is friendly. Music kept low saw we can listen to our own. Would like more floor space for stretching and mat work in the smaller more private room. Please don't add any more to this room, there is only a small area for mat work. Thanks for stretching posters. Please add pilates mat poster.
