Everyone is so nice and positive. Val knows my name. It's cool that when I go to Body Pump there are seasoned and young people in there. The class isn't so strenuous that it makes me miss class. It allows me to push myself. She gives good instructions for posture. She encourages. I'm excited about getting toned and getting in shape. Then I'm glad that I can take my 10 yrs old daughter. Sometimes even trying to keep a workout schedule, there are obstacles for child care. Not at the YMCA G&CJ!
