The front desk staff is always extremely warm and welcoming. They do a great job of setting the tone for the building. On the days that getting a workout in can be tough mentally, the front desk staff immediately gives a boost of energy. Each member of the front desk staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Makesha carries with her an infectiously positive disposition and goes above and beyond expectations with each interaction. I’m often impressed with the abilities of Gabriel and Daniel to connect with each person who walks through the door, they make you feel like they actually want you to be there as their guest. They are easily the most welcoming and inviting front desk staff of any other Y that I have visited in the Memphis area.

I am so happy that this facility is now open in the Whitehaven area. I have been a member of the Y over 20 years. The personal are friendly and the property is clean. I feel safe when I visit.
It was disappointing that there were no spa/ sauna or steam room included when this new property was constructed. Also, no private dressing rooms for women.
I see that benches have been added to the locker room, which weee definitely necessary. I enjoy the pool and changing clothes in the middle of the locker room is leas than idea.

Able to workout any time
I enjoy my line dance class, and y-move, zombie. I also enjoy the people in my classes as while as the friendly instructors. We all are like family. I'm so glade that I choose the YMCA. You all have mostly everything I need to keep fit.
