I always have a great experience. The staff are amazing, and friendly. The spaces are always clean, and organized. We will always hope for more equipment, especially squat racks that are spaced a bit more apart. Overall, it is a fantastic space and my favorite gym in Memphis.

Since the remodel, the gym looks a lot better. The employees are very friendly and the equipment is superb.

Good place to relax and exercise, use any equipment you like in an uncrowed atmosphere. Whirl pool and suna and wet area is good to relax.

Love the people who work at the downtown Y - so kind and helpful and friendly. The facilities have had a nice refresh, and the women's locker room is clean and bright. So glad to have to pool downtown!
