Many choices of exercise machines. If a machine needs repair usually happens quickly. Kept very clean. Some of the people at desk are friendly and helpful.

I have never seen anyone at any gym put as much effort in every class as Steve V does for the 6 AM bootcamp. He sets up to 12 exercises and equipment and demonstrates them all. Every session is unique and challenging. He puts the WORK sin workout.

What did you like about your Y experience?

It's Friendly...Super Clean....Great Classes with Great Instuctors... the Equipment is new and clean and plenty for everyone.... it's Quiet ( no loud music thumping thru out )....everyone is Respectful...so it sets a tone for a place I want to spend time to work out. ...and the Pricing is SO reasonable ! Well done !

Classes/instructors are all great, and love having access to a pool in the summer! Staff are all super friendly and helpful.
