Great facility with great staff. Plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines, etc. Wide variety of classes offered. All is part of a very low membership fee! Best deal in town!
I love the YMCA! Only think that would make it better is a hip thrust machine

The child care is absolutely top notch, they know my child so well, and are so professional and kind! I cannot say enough about how well run the childcare is and the joy my kids have from attending their programming. I would shout out certain team members except that they are ALL phenomenal.
The staff at the YMCA work out center are professional and courteous, the facility is clean, and the instructors are gems! Shout out to Sarah, Salpy, and Brandy.
For the most part, the app works very well, and reservations are easy and seamless. I do wish it was easier to bring a friend/guest to try out the childcare and classes convince them to join. Also, I wish that buying a day guest pass was a little bit more common for classes for when my family came into town.
Crosstown YMCA is the best YMCA I’ve ever been a part of, and it’s one of the greatest things I’ve found in Memphis.

My husband and I love the group classes offered at the Y! Everyone we have interacted with is friendly and helpful. We have also enjoyed the outdoor pool during the hot Memphis summers. We would highly recommend the Church Health YMCA. The only thing it's missing is a sauna!
Easy to park and got an open treadmill and finished my workout.
So far its the best YMCA I've been to. There is some room for improvement such as having better weight stacks. I often find that I don't have like weight plates or the right weight plates when I need them and its hard to put them on the rack correctly.
Just today I made reference to the Church Health Ymca as being my health and exercise family.

It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and all of the equipment is quickly fixed.
Most importantly, the location is open on Sundays. The equipment is up to date and it’s a small location. The staff is friendly.
Wonderful classes..especially Salpy’s Pilates & Body Pump and Brandy’s Body Pump…employees are incredibly froendly
