My insurance allows me to come without charge to me. You are there whether I can be there or not. The classes (water) are beneficial to me.
Reasonably close parking, machines work, place is clean.
Do not like that 1/5 of people do not carry the equipment to wipe down the machines.
Friendly and quick response to questions.
The staff greet me when I enter the building and they are helpful answering questions about classes. Recently they added a new yoga class, which I began attending. The inside track is very nice, I can get steps in no matter what the weather. I also attend an aqua class which I enjoy, I met a lot of nice people attending classes.

Great organization, layout is perfect, people are nice. Exercise at your own pace.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are (generally) clean and energizing—some of the group class instructors and priceless.

People are friendly, the facility is well maintained, the work out area is well maintained, and there is a great variety of activities and facilities.
I love all the different classes
I love the Parkview Y. The staff is friendly, the pool is big, and they have great water aerobics classes.
All the equipment available in gym, the indoor walking track and splash pad area
We would like the rock climbing wall and the slide to be open more. The slide in the pool is never open and our kids would like to use it. The rock climbing wall is open sometimes but not every Tuesday as the schedule states.

I can't think of anything I don't like. It is clean and bright. Lots of programs for the family. We like the pool. It is conveniently located and nice staff.

It is an excellent facility with friendly and helpful staff. The other patrons are generally friendly and kind. I would highly recommend it to others.

I love the classes! TNT and Spin!! However, I do not love how very crowded they have become. However, I know that is a good sign that the Y is growing.
