Nice atmosphere and staff
We had taken YMCA swimming lessons a couple of years ago and the teachers were very passive (they didn’t follow the “script” or the lesson with all the activities). Back then, we felt like it was a waste of money and that we could have done a better job just one on one with our kids.
We decided to give it another try this year and were pleasantly surprised by both teachers. Very proactive. They had the kids and parents active and doing new things the whole time. We’ll definitely be back for more lessons this time around. :)
Karis’s instructor was patient, kind, and all the things you like to see in an instructor. She is looking forward to winter 2 swim sessions!

We love the daycare and the friendly staff! The facility is also well kept and has extremely diverse offerings so that anyone and everyone has the opportunity to reach their health and wellness goals!
Workout equipment is well maintained with a wide variety . Swimming area is nice and the warm water pool is fantastic. Locker room with shower is also very nice.

Our Y is a clean, welcoming space with a terrific array of activity options. We have a great workout space, a wide variety of classes, and a wonderful swimming pool area. Regardless of your age there’s something for everyone.
I love the Parkview Y! The entire staff there is so amazing! I specifically want to point out the wonderful child watch staff. For years I have been dropping my children off there knowing that they are in good hands. I can never thank them enough for the impact that they have made in my daughters life. Thank you so so much for all of your hard work, you have no idea how much impact not just on children's lives, but also parents.
Another staff member I want to point out is Emily Randot. She teaches an amazing class and truly has a servant's heart! Everyone that goes to her class just loves her!

Iove the variety of classes!
I like that the slide by the pool was finally taken down. I mean why have it if it is unusable. I wish they had left the basketball hoop for the pool. A lot of kids as well as adults used it. The pool area is transformed!

Something for everyone
Fun, diverse classes, many water classes in morning and you offer other options like crafts and line dancing which I missed 😩
