People are friendly and helpful while I was reviewing my membership. I am a Senior and was
pleased to know that the membership is still free. I even signed up for a personal trainer to
help me get in shape and stay there.
The offerings at Parkview Y have expanded and there are more classes that I may try. The Y employees are very knowledgable and will help you find answers even if they do not know the answers themselves.
The wide variety of equipment
It’s clean and equipment is up to date.
The staff is very accommodating, but there needs to be some monitoring in the
exercise room as too many people "hog" the machines while they check their
I-phones. Sometimes they do not even use the machine at all but spend
ten minutes or more just sitting there. They disregard the signs.
Staff seems to be unable to do anything about it.

I have made many new friends through the YMCA. These are friends who have same or similar goals as me - to get and/or stay healthy by incorporating an exercise program in our lifestyle routine. The YMCA is a clean, friendly, uplifting place that I enjoy visiting as often as I can. It's a place for people of all ages to come together throughout the entire year. The instructors of the group exercise classes also make an effort to get to know you and help you obtain your health goals.

The child watch staff at the Parkview Y is friendly and always greets the kids to make them feel welcome. Our 6-year-old granddaughter was there a couple of days over the holiday and loved it. They played Uno which is one of her favorite card games.
