I enjoy all the friendly staff that work at the YMCA. I take my daughter, Madison, to the Y care almost daily and my older daughter, Kennedy, a few times a month. They both have had nothing but great things to say about their time there. The staff working in the Y care room are always very friendly, and appear to be extremely attentive to the children. Keep up the great work!
This is the best YMCA I have ever visited. It is thoughtfully managed and serves the greater good for its members and the people of Fort Wayne!

It has honestly been such a game changer for my family, the kids love summer camp and I have been enjoying the variety of fitness classes that can be taken. Can’t forget about the pools!

Used the outdoor pool, it was open until 8, unlike city pools which closed at 5. Plenty of chairs and you could bring in drinks. Loved that there was an abundance of lifeguards.

We travel from Leo to use the outdoor pool many times a summer. It's just glorious and such a lifesaver for my summertime mental health and for my kids' enjoyment. I can do laps while my kids play, and it's even provided the environment and opportunity for my kids to be curious about swimming laps and allowing me to teach them different strokes. So, I consider our trips to the outdoor pool to also be confidence-builders for my kids as their swimming skills improve.
It has something for every age group.

Easy drop off, easy pickup. My 2 year old twins who have never stayed with anyone besides their Grandma, said they had fun.
We really enjoyed the outdoor pool last Friday. I hope the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne eventually adds more outdoor pools throughout the county. It was really lovely but quite far from our house.

We really love the YMCA in Fort Wayne. We are new to the area. We lived in Indianapolis for the last 30 years and always had a membership in Fishers. I was surprised that only one of the Y's in Fort Wayne had an outdoor pool. It is disappointing because we live on the exact opposite side of town, but we still seem to make it at least once per week to the pool.
The outdoor pool is lovely and the staff seem great. A couple of the lifeguards seem a little whistle happy but overall the experience has been very good. Thanks for asking!!
