The YMCA offers exercise or classes for all ages young to old. There is no reason to be bored if you can get to the YMCA.

easy in and not too crowded when I come. The only change I would make is less liberal tv stations. We are a conservative population and would like more balance.
I wish I could use my headphones to here the TV channel. The Dupont YMCA you can when on a treadmill.But I really like the work out area.

Friendly staff. Various activities
The Jorgensen YMCA is a very versatile facility which offers several machines to adequately accomodate the flow of members. One area of opportunity is to offer additional dumbells beyond 100 lbs (110, 120, 130) for those more advanced weight lifters.
