Friendliness of the staff. From the custodian, the representatives at the front desk or the floor. Love that there is a sensory room for my kiddo to enjoy. I also absolutely love the 24 hr access option.
Convenient and has variety of equipment and some improvements to the physical property have been made but the gym floors need to be removed and replaced not with hardwood but with newer materials.
staff is helpful, they take care very well. Timings are also good.

It's very enjoyable, though I only go after hours with the 24hr pass, it's a very clean environment and there's plenty of gym equipment as well as a sandbag, which is very nice to have

I love the 10:30 advanced fitness and silver sneakers classes. The timing is perfect and the exercise is challenging yet age appropriate.

10/10 - Our 2 year daughter is going for the last 6 months. The experience has been fantastic. The staff at the child watch goes above and beyond to pacify our kid. Child watch literally has been her first social outing and she has improved tremendously in her nature over these months.

We are so fortunate to have a lovely Y facility in our Southwest community. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, the building is clean and easily accessible . I love the multitude of classes that are offered, and the Y ap is up to date and easy to use.
The employees make you feel welcome. It is always very clean. A lot of “free”groups to join.

The gym is much improved since changing the TV channels to things OTHER than any news & commentary. It is unhealthy to be subject to today's news constantly. Animal Planet, Comedy, Sports, Drama...thank you for everyone's better mental health!
I only use the pool.
It is not kept at the 83 degrees it is supposed to be.
