I am a senior citizen and love working out on the treadmill. I had results the first time I used one, and am up to 4 miles a week after one year. My Doctor is happy with my results and so am I.
I enjoy the socialization and saying hello to the staff who are so friendly and helpful. The Jergenson facility is clean and well cared for! The are plenty of machines, opportunities and year-round swimming pools to get fit, open to everyone!! John Bickley

We love both Janet and Janette for swim classes. Our children both feel so well supported and safe when taking their swim classes.
My daughter loves swim lessons here. The instructor is so patient and kind. I feel very safe having my child in the water with them.
Janet is a very patient and supportive teacher. She gave me a progress report on my son's swimming and an honest response to whether he should move to the next level or not. Most importantly, my son enjoys the swim lessons.

fantastic people and facility -- hard to say what to improve ... maybe a note to members not to stay at weight stations looking at phones and/or staring into space after using the equipment for 10-15 minutes, as some ordinary people are reluctant to approach a station and say or visually say "are you done yet"...
