The Jackson R Lehman Y is a great place to workout. The front desk workers are always kind, caring and welcoming. This Y offers a wide variety of workout equipment, a waking area upstairs, a variety of workout classes, a great swimming area and they have open gymfor pickleball and basketball. The facility is very clean and well kept up,which I really appreciate. I really enjoy going to this Y and I go many times weekly.
I love all of the exercise options at the Jackson Lehman Y. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility all make it a desirable place to come for a work out.

I have done aqua fit classes the last few months and have noticed how much it helps my joint pain. Overall, feeling much better and I love being in the pool!

Enjoy the variety of exercises and it is a good workout!
Also like that it is a smaller class. Easier to see and hear the instructor and there is plenty of room.

JRL is the best YMCA in town for runners. The track is wide and easy on the legs.
