Everyone is so nice! Our Silver Sneakers instructor makes the workout challenging but very doable. She also plays great music. Shauna, our drumming instructor and water aerobic instructor makes her classes fun! How does she remember these routines she teaches us to great music?

The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The equipment is well maintained and clean. I usually only use the cardio and weight machines. I just wish the weight machine area was larger but outside of that, it is a great place to work out.

Everyone is so friendly...lots of smiles on faces. The Y is really kept neat and clean.
I had two foster kids that learned to swim. I was not able to get them in lessons but was able to teach them my self. Both passed their swim test on their second attempt.

It's usually not real crowded, has a warm water pool with an easy entrance for older people, friendly staff, good weight equipment and a pleasant atmosphere. Wish it had a hot tub tho!
